Hotel Villa De Pinto

The hotel is conveniently located just 1 km from the airport, offering a variety of delicious breakfast choices that I truly appreciated.

My guest room was available with a safe box, central heating, and a work desk.

We truly enjoyed this place, it's recently refurbished. The atmosphere is elegant and everyone from the staff are really helpful and amiable. Offers particularly good location in a very quite area. The restaurant is great🙂

Recently remodeled with friendly and helpful staff, offering a wide selection of breakfast options and conveniently located just half a kilometer from London Heathrow airport.

bed is comfortable. staff is very nice and they help with whatever is needed. space and furniture are practical. room is usually clean. location of the hotel is also good, near Madrid, Aranjuez, Toledo... Warner Park. village is quiet and welcoming and well connected.

It's a shame because the tub was clean but the joints were quite moldy (but it seems that they are renovating the hotel). The soundproofing is not very good so sometimes it is difficult to rest (voices, doors and other noises). In that respect, I don't understand how people haven't thought about dividing people into groups that have similar life rhythms (i.e. putting families with families, and couples or individuals in another group). Being all mixed up gives rise to difficult situations, since, normally, a couple without children does not have the same rhythm or carry out the same activities -especially "night activities"- as a family that does.

i greatly enjoyed the location and the food of the hotel. it took about 5 min by foot to get to arqueopinto.

The place was clean with friendly staff, our room was very comfortable, had all the essentials including a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.

It had a great restaurant right next door practically - VanGogh Closer to Parque Warner than Madrid.

The breakfast options were poor

We stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 years ago, but have stayed at other hotels in Pinto since simply because we wanted to see what's available. It's a traditional Spanish hotel and is more than adequate if you want a short stay in the area.

The hotel and rooms are a bit dark

The location is close to food outlets, shops, and bars. There is a nearby Ca'puccino for tea or coffee. the staff and management are friendly. the breakfast selection is great.

The hot water, after a very cold day, the water in the shower was very hot at the moment. Above all the attention, they are super attentive, empathetic, and friendly at all times

My room was very well but I arrived so tired from Warner Park that I didn't look if it was clean or not, my parents left before because it was raining a lot and when I opened the door I said that I smelled of tobacco and when I saw the beds I said that they were stained and I looked at them well and they had only shaken but they were not changed. I told her that she should have said it but she was with my 3 year old niece who was very sleepy and she thought that if she called to change the sheets they would wake her up...and that my nephews are a little difficult...jijijiji. In my case the next day I dropped some cards on the floor and when I went to get them, I found a cigarette (that's from not having swept under the beds) are constructive criticism, as the attention and quality price are quite good)

The hotel was conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the area. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. the staff cleaned the room and made the beds daily, ensuring a pleasant and tidy environment.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. the pillows provided were too big for our liking, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

This place is very close to the airport, and we really enjoyed staying here.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for me as it was situated in a very quiet area, allowing me to have a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.

There was one aspect that could be improved - the noise levels from nearby rooms were a bit distracting at times. But other than that, everything was perfect.
